Scope and controller
La Belle Cuisine, 1 Cours de Rome, 75008 Paris, is responsible for the personal information described here. This website has no contact form, customer account, online payment or advertising profile. Contact takes place through the single email address info@labellecuisinefr.com or by telephone.
Information we may receive
Browsing the public pages does not require a name. When you write, we receive the details you choose to provide, such as identity, contact information, requested date, guest count, menu preference, allergens, accessibility needs and event requirements. Please share only what the team needs to answer and prepare the service.
Purpose and legal basis
We use messages to answer enquiries, take steps toward a booking, perform a confirmed service, meet legal obligations and protect the venue. Information about allergies or accessibility is processed only because you deliberately provide it for practical accommodation. We do not use such information to create marketing or gambling profiles.
Recipients and processors
Access is limited to staff who manage reservations, kitchen preparation, accessibility or accounting. Technical providers may host email, maintain systems or store legally required records under confidentiality and security obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and security
Unconfirmed enquiries are generally removed within twelve months after the last useful exchange. Booking, payment and accounting records follow French legal retention periods. We use access controls, staff procedures, backups and proportionate technical safeguards. No system can promise absolute security, so sensitive information should not be sent unless necessary.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and French law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Write to info@labellecuisinefr.com. We may request proportionate proof of identity. You may also complain to the CNIL.
Local storage and minors
Cookie preference and age confirmation stay in your browser’s localStorage and are not sent to us. The site does not seek information from minors. Adults making family dining requests should minimise any child-related information.
International handling and updates
If a provider exceptionally processes information outside the European Economic Area, we require an appropriate recognised safeguard. This policy is reviewed when services or law change. Material changes are dated and explained on this page.
Reservation details and sensitive information
Guests should provide practical needs rather than a complete personal or medical history. For an allergy, describe the ingredient and required avoidance. For accessibility, explain the space, route or service adjustment needed. The team uses this information only to assess and prepare the visit. It is not added to advertising lists or used to influence access to the casino salon.
Accuracy and third-party information
If one person organises a group, they should obtain permission before sharing another guest’s dietary or access information. Organisers must keep details accurate and tell us when circumstances change. We may ask the affected guest to confirm a sensitive requirement directly so that the kitchen or floor team does not act on incomplete information.
Data incidents
If a security incident creates a risk to people, we investigate, limit access, preserve necessary evidence and notify the appropriate authority or affected individuals where law requires. Staff are instructed to report unusual access, misdirected messages and lost devices promptly.
Automated decisions
We do not use automated systems to accept reservations, assess guests, determine age or make decisions about casino access. Messages and practical requests are reviewed by people. Age eligibility is checked in person where needed.
Restaurant service records
Once a booking is confirmed, the operational record can include the agreed time, party size, menu, deposit status and practical accommodations. Kitchen notes are written to communicate the required action rather than unnecessary personal background. After the visit, temporary service notes are removed when they are no longer useful, while invoices and payment evidence follow statutory periods.
Communication preferences
We do not subscribe an enquirer to promotional messages merely because they requested a table. If direct news communication is introduced, it will require a separate, clear choice and offer an easy way to stop. A service message about an existing reservation is not marketing.
Photography and private events
We do not publish identifiable guest photographs without an appropriate basis. Event organisers should inform invitees of any photographer they arrange. Requests to avoid photography can be raised before the event so that a practical zone or instruction can be agreed.
Exercising rights fairly
A request should describe the information or interaction concerned so that we can locate it without exposing another person’s data. We normally respond within the legal period and explain any necessary extension, refusal or identity check. There is no charge unless a request is manifestly excessive under applicable law.
